THE WAVERLY STANDARD
Every car gets a process, not just a wash
We don't treat every vehicle the same. Before we touch your car, we look at its condition, listen to what matters to you, and build the service around what it actually needs.
IT STARTS BEFORE THE WASH
When you arrive, we take a moment to look over the vehicle with you. We'll ask what you're trying to accomplish, identify areas that need attention, and recommend the service that makes sense for the car—not simply the most expensive option.
01 — INSPECT
We assess the vehicle before work begins.
02 — LISTEN
We ask about your priorities and concerns.
03 — RECOMMEND
We match the service to what your vehicle actually needs.
Before we begin, we inspect the vehicle from the inside out. We look at its overall condition, identify areas that need special attention, and take note of anything that may require a different approach.
01 - INITIAL INSPECTION
02 - INTERIOR SERVICE
Before we turn our attention to the exterior, we take care of the interior. We vacuum and blow out the cabin, clean the appropriate surfaces, and focus on the areas that need the most attention based on the vehicle's condition and the service selected.
Before we put a wash mitt on the paint, we work to remove as much loose dirt and contamination as possible.
RINSE · PRE-TREAT · LOOSEN
The goal is simple: remove as much contamination as possible before we begin hand washing.
03 - EXTERIOR PREPARATION
04 - FOAM & HAND WASH
Once the surface has been properly pre-treated, we cover the vehicle in a lubricating layer of foam before beginning the hand wash.
We then wash the vehicle methodically, panel by panel, using dedicated wash media and fresh solution. Wheels and tires receive separate attention with the appropriate tools for the level of contamination.
FOAM
Lubricate and loosen remaining contamination.
HAND WASH
Panel-by-panel contact wash with dedicated mitts.
WHEELS & TIRES
Dedicated cleaning and agitation.
05 - RINSE & DRY
Once the wash is complete, we give the vehicle a thorough final rinse to remove remaining soap and loosened contamination. We then carefully towel dry the exterior with clean microfiber towels, paying attention to mirrors, trim, emblems, panel gaps, and other areas where water tends to collect.
FINAL RINSE · MICROFIBER DRY
The goal is a clean, dry vehicle without rushing the final step.
With the vehicle clean and dry, we finish the details that complete the wash. Tires are dressed for a clean, finished appearance, and we take care of the small details that make the difference when the vehicle is returned to you.
TIRES · TRIM · GLASS · DETAILS
Nothing excessive. Just a clean, finished presentation.
06 - FINISHING TOUCHES
Before we return your vehicle, we take a final look at the work we've done and the condition of the vehicle.
If we find an area that needs additional attention, we'll let you know. If we believe another service would genuinely benefit the vehicle, we'll recommend it and explain why.
You decide what happens next.
07 - FINAL INSPECTION
CHECK
We inspect the finished vehicle.
ADVISE
We point out anything that still needs attention.
RETURN
You get the vehicle back clean, finished, and ready to go.
